Exchange/Replacement Policy

At Dekhav, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and ensure on-time delivery. Our replacement policy applies only to defective products, received upon delivery. We accept replacement requests within 3 days of accepting the package from the delivery personnel.

In order to claim a replacement, we request all customers to record a video of themselves opening the product after delivery, while it is still in its original packaging.

 

Please follow these steps when recording the opening video:

1. After receiving the package from the delivery partner- open the package while making a video- as a proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.

2. Show the sealed packet with a clear view of the label in the video, and ensure the packaging is not in a tampered condition.

3. Clearly show the product in the video while opening the packet.

4. Email the video, along with clear pictures of the defective product, to <email id>.

5. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

6. The item must be in the original packaging.

7. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our quality control team will review the video and, if the customer’s claim is proven to be true, a replacement will be provided with the same product.

Exchange shall be provided only if the size issue arises, and the same product will be provided with the desired size.

Exchange or Replacement will strictly not be applicable on CUSTOMISED POD orders, so please ensure to go through size chart mentioned.
